Your design is applied by dye sublimation: the ink is fused into the mug's glossy coating instead of sitting on top as a sticker or film. There's nothing to peel, and the colors stay vivid.

Personalized mugs are printed to order in the United States and prepared within 3–6 business days. Delivery within the United States is then 4–10 business days, with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized mugs are final sale. Because your mug is made with your own text or photo, we can't resell it, so it can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind — please double-check your spelling, size and color before you order.

If your mug arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization doesn't match what you submitted, email contact@timelessdrinkware.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
