This website, timelessdrinkware.com, is operated by Timeless Drinkware, registered at Veldhuis 6, 1678 HV Oostwoud, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 99387743, VAT number NL005382783B27. Throughout these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "we", "us" and "our" refer to Timeless Drinkware. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website or buys from our store.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments and certain services are provided by third parties.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are intended for adults.

3. Products

• Our mugs are printed to order in the United States using dye sublimation.
• We make every effort to show product colors and designs accurately. However, colors can look different depending on your screen, and slight variations in shade and print placement can occur between items. On our Black Mug, there is a subtle difference between the black of the ceramic and black areas in a printed design.
• Product dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page. Please review them, together with our Mug Size Guide, before ordering.
• Some options, such as the interior and handle colors of our Accent Mug, are subject to availability.
• Please follow the care instructions on the product page.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed in our store and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at the moment you place your order.
• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may charge conversion fees.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information.

5. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing or product error, or an option that is no longer available.
• If we cancel an order after payment, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
• We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.
• Cancellations and changes are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Personalized products

When personalization is offered and you add a name, text or other content to a product ("Your Content"):

• You are responsible for checking Your Content, including spelling and punctuation, before ordering. We print it as entered.
• You confirm that you have the right to use Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Your Content must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• We may refuse or cancel an order with Your Content that doesn't meet these requirements. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.
• You give us, and the partners who print and ship your order, permission to use Your Content only to produce and deliver your order.

7. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and replacements are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, illustrations, text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Timeless Drinkware or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you the right to use and enjoy that product. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise commercially use our designs or other content.

9. Comments, feedback and reviews

If you send us feedback, suggestions or reviews, you allow us to use, edit and publish them without obligation to you. You agree that your submissions will not violate anyone's rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content, spam or malicious code. We may, but are not required to, remove content we find objectionable.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may include links to or services from third parties, such as payment providers and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Please review their terms and policies before using their services.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use our website or its content:

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Timeless Drinkware harmless from any claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or Your Content.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining parts will stay in full effect.

These Terms apply until terminated by you or by us. You can stop using our website at any time. Any obligations that arose before termination, such as payment for orders, continue to apply.

These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where Timeless Drinkware is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country, state or province of residence.
