The same Fair Isle pattern of reindeer, fir trees and snowflake diamonds, now on a two-tone mug. The knit runs around the white exterior while the inside and handle pick up one color: red and maroon match the cranberry rows, navy and black keep it sober.

Why the print won't fade

Your design is applied by dye sublimation: the ink is fused into the mug's glossy coating instead of sitting on top as a sticker or film. There's nothing to peel, and the colors stay vivid.

Every mug is printed to order in the United States and prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States is then 4–9 business days, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is free within the United States on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.99. Rates for other countries are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If something's not quite right, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery — as long as the mug is unused and back in its original packaging.

Please note: personalized mugs can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping is covered by you on a change of mind. If your mug arrived damaged, faulty, or it's the wrong item, it's on us: email contact@timelessdrinkware.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

We don't offer refunds on change-of-mind returns, so please check your size and color carefully before checking out.
